THE four-day celebration of Yolngu life and culture, held about 40km from Nhulunbuy on the Gove Peninsula, provided plenty of colour and culture. Hosted each year by the Yothu Yindi Foundation, the festival draws Traditional Owners, political leaders and thousands of visitors to Country to sit and experience the ways of Australia’s First Peoples.
