Australia voted no to a national voice to parliament on October 14 2023, but two years on, its advocates say they remain steadfast in their mission for change.

Co-authors Pat Anderson and Megan Davis said that while the result was devastating for many First Australians, ‘it does not end the journey’. They say: ‘We remain steadfast in our commitment to what we know works: Voice matters. The future is ours to shape. We will not walk away. (AAP)
