Yolŋu artist Gaypalani Wanambi has taken out the top prize in this years Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (NATSIAA) with her innovative work, Burwu.

Palawa correspondent, Jillian Mundy was on Larrakia Country (Darwin) for the award presentation and spoke to Ms Wanambi about her winning work, as well as winning artists from the other categories in the prestigious national art award.
